If evil is the absence of goodness, is a vacuum evil? What about the interior of a star? What about degrees of evil? Clearly killing thousands of people is more evil than stealing a morsel of bread, no? Your framework doesn't allow for an adequate description of evil. (There are obvious problems with your other definitions as well, but I'm just focusing on this one in particular which stood out as I was skimming your work).
